Cozy Casita in the Trees

Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. We can’t accept reservations for someone not on your account. Infants welcome. The space In this casita you’ll have a one bedroom studio space with a comfortable queen bed, nightstands, two chairs and small table, and a kitchenette area to make small meals, snacks and drinks. On the attached patio you can walk out to the seating area where you can enjoy a view of trees. Also, there is a bathroom attached to the casita which you can access by just going out the front door and entering immediately to the left. The bathroom has a compost toilet, sink and shower. Guest access The driveway in front of the casita will be entirely for our guests. You’ll have the guest house, attached patio and bathroom all to yourself. The rest of the property is a log house rental, but you will have as much privacy as you would like. Other things to note There is a rented main house on the property, but it is far enough away to give you your privacy. You will have your own driveway. The highway (69) is close by, but traffic noise inside the casita is not bad.
