SeaCross is a detached 4 bedroom modern house Sleeps 7. Parking for 2 cars on the drive and it has a garden at the rear . It has recently been refurbished to include new bathroom, redecoration and carpeting. Excellent Family home with space ,15 minutes walk or 5min drive from Sea and Town centre .WiFi and smart tv are included. There is a work/ office space off the living room. The space The property has off street parking for two cars at the front, and an enclosed rear garden.A comfortable modern house which includes downstairs: living room with comfortable furniture,Smart tv and dvd.There is a work/ office room off the sitting room with two desks. The Kitchen has a new multi range cooker and all the equipment required.Off the kitchen is a big pine dining table which will seat 6 persons.There are French doors which open out to the garden. There is also a utility room with washing machine and a downstairs cloak room WC. Upstairs there there are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a very comfortable super king bed. Bed 2 has two singles and bed 3 has one single. There is a bath room with electric shower over bath. Guest access All parts of the house,The conservatory is used for beach equipment and beach towels to dry and surf boards etc. There is a store room by the stairs which is our storage area and kept locked. Other things to note Please no shoes to be worn in carpeted areas. Please wash up and put away all kitchen items before you check out. ( there maybe a charge if cleaner has to carry out extra).
