Butterchurn is located on our working farm, not far from beautiful beaches Rock, Daymer and Polzeath. Butterchurn is a fully equipped cottage, open plan living downstairs with 1 bedroom that has a double and single bed also a cot available, perfect for couples, friends and young families, a shower en-suite upstairs and a walk in wet room downstairs. Open plan kitchen/living has French doors opening onto a private garden and patio, with uninterrupted countryside views provides peace and quiet. The space Downstairs is open plan kitchen/diner living area, light and airy. Guest access From your designated parking space a flat old slate path leads to the front of the property to the patio, from the patio through double doors with low threshold to the kitchen/diner living area, through to a hallway where there is a walk in shower/wet room with wc. From the hallway with a 2 level platform that turn back on themselves lead to the en-suite bedroom.
