Hosting a Queen bed, futon, & pullout couch, this home sleeps up to 6 guests. 55" Roku TV, board games, Nintendo, books, & dining/gaming table. Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, Keurig&creamer, pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, spices, sink, & electric stove. Washer/dryer & closet. Tub/shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, night lights Cozy swings, table, chairs, & grill in fenced in backyard! :) The space Being centrally located in this small town always makes you only a few minutes from anything you may need. Kearney has many parks, splash pads, two swimming pools, biking trails, restaurants, shopping, and so much more. 😀 Feel free to adjust the thermostat to your preference, just keep it between 65 & 70 when you leave so our next guests can arrive to a comfortable stay. ❤️ Guest access The entire home, yard, and right side of the driveway are all yours. Plenty of street parking out front as well. :) Other things to note The home is located about two blocks north of the train tracks, so you'll likely feel/hear some movement but the horn is a mile away so shouldn't be an issue.
