Full size fridge/freezer, glass top electric stove, coffee, pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, spices, sink, & dishwasher. Full tub/shower with provided towels & toiletries. Washer/dryer available in home. Cozy swings, table, chairs, & grill in fenced in backyard. 🤾‍♂️🐕🥩 The space Stay in the heart of Kearney, where everything you need is just minutes away! 🏙️ Downtown is only 8 blocks west, filled with charming local shops, delicious restaurants, cozy coffee spots ☕, and lively bars. Kearney offers plenty to explore—public parks, splash pads, two swimming pools, scenic biking trails, and great shopping—all just a short drive from your door. Make yourself at home and set the thermostat to your comfort (please leave it between 65–70° when you head out so the next guests arrive to a cozy welcome ❤️). We’re only a few miles away—if you need anything at all, just reach out! 🤙 Guest access The entire home, yard, and right side of the driveway are all yours. Plenty of street parking out front as well. :) Other things to note The home is located about two blocks north of the train tracks, so you'll likely feel/hear some movement but the horn is a mile away so shouldn't be an issue. There are some stickers in the yard, so be careful going barefoot. If you need anything at all, or have any suggestions on improvements, please message us and we will address them asap!
