Our 2 BD/BA condo is nestled in a tranquil forest setting where you can enjoy amazing views, ski-in/out access and be steps away from hiking & biking trails. You are close to everything except the Village noise. A short walk takes you to both the upper & main villages, & a free shuttle right outside your door also provides convenient transport to the lifts and village The space LOCATION: Welcome to our 2Bd/2BA condo steps from Blackcomb’s base. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wifi, gas fireplace, cable TV, private balcony with a BBQ, shared hot tub & outdoor pool, free underground parking, mountain views & more. Everything you need is at your fingertips, including groceries, coffee shops, playgrounds, retail therapy and much more. You can easily walk everywhere, but you don't have to as the free shuttle bus stops just outside the front door. **The ski in/out (or walking) trail starts across the street** and is a direct path to Blackcomb base. FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE The free shuttle bus service is operated by WhistlerBlackcomb and stops just right in front of our complex. This shuttle (#5 Benchlands) runs every 10 minutes in winter and gives you easy access to and from Whistler Village, the Upper Village and Lost Lake.. OUR COMPLEX Features an outdoor heated pool (open May long week-end through to Canadian Thanksgiving) with breathtaking mountain views, and a huge outdoor hot tub.(open all year long). The building has free underground parking, shared (coin-operated) laundry and secure ski, snowboard and bike storage. The underground parkade also has two level-2 EV Charging Stations. THE SPACE: With two large bedrooms (both with en-suites) , our unit very comfortably sleeps 6. (**the upstairs bedroom is a closed in loft bedroom**). Our fully equiped kitchen will leave you wanting to eat in - even though Whistler's finest restaurants are just a stone's-throw away. You'll also love the convenience of dropping your skis in the ski locker as soon as you walk in the front door of the building. FAST WIFI- The modem was updated to a Blue Curve TV modem wifi 6 technology, which has a 100 Mbps upload speed and a 1500 Mbps download speed. Our KITCHEN is fully equipped with utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, spices, oils, coffee maker, coffee beans, tea pot, tea bags:. Everything you need to make a quick breakfast, a gourmet meal or anything in between. The LIVING ROOM is a great space for relaxing with family and friends with a fireplace to warm up after a day on the slopes. The BALCONY overlooking the forest is the perfect place to have a drink, read a book or just relax in an oasis of trees and peacefulness. PROFESSIONAL CLEANING We use a professional cleaning company after each stay; high-grade disinfectant products are used and extra care is taken to clean hard-surfaces including door handles, light switches and temperature controls. All linens and towels are cleaned by a commercial-grade laundry company with high-temperature sanitization standards. WHISTLER IN SUMMER Nestled in the forest, at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, our home provides easy access to everything: in summer you have outstanding mountain biking & hiking, AND 4 championship golf courses, AND swimming at 4 local lakes, AND public tennis courts close by. Bike through the village or along the valley trail - Head out on one of the many tours. Or if you are looking for something relaxing, the Scandinave Spa has hot tubs, cold plunge pools, saunas and massages available in a beautiful, serene setting just north of the Village WHISTLER IN WINTER WhistlerBlackcomb has arguably some of the best snow, terrain and facilities in the world for all ages and abilities. However, Whistler is also a dream destination for non-skiers as well, and, our home provides easy access to everything for everyone: World class skiing and riding - Cross country skiing & snowshoeing at Lost Lake - Outdoor ice skating on one of the lakes or at the Whistler Olympic Plaza - Relaxing at a spa! In addition to the Scandinave Spa, many of Whistler’s hotels include spas available for day use. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT (Weather permitting) Simply walk out the front door, cross the street and hop onto your skis or board. The trail is 350M directly to the 10 person Blackcomb gondola. You have two Ski-out trails to choose from when you return home.(PLEASE REVIEW DESCRIPTION & PHOTOS FOR DETAILS OF SKI-IN/OUT TRAIL LOCATIONS as it begins/ends across the street). OUR CONDO: - Increased capacity wifi/internet with brand new high speed modem - 2 large bedrooms - both with ensuite bathrooms - Master Bedroom with a queen bed - 2nd upstairs bedroom with an extra high (+20.5 cm or 8") double over Queen bunk bed (This is a closed-in loft bedroom) - 2 x 46" Smart TVs (one in the living room and in in the upstairs bedroom) - Ski in – ski out - (weather permitting)When there is not enough snow; the 5 minute walk is typically faster than taking the free shuttle. PLEASE NOTE the ski in/out trail starts across the street and ends at the top of the street. - Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for yourselves or entertain in your rental -Towels & Linens -Gas Fireplace - A large dining room table which can accommodate 6 guests comfortably -Unlimited wireless high-speed internet connection -Free secured underground parking - Outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal - May long week-end through to Canadian Thanksgiving), -Hot tub (all year round) -Complimentary ski and bike storage -Shared Washer Dryer within the complex . The washer & dryer are coin operated. -Balcony and patio furniture & barbeque -An entrance way mudroom with a dedicated heater to make sure all your gear is dry & warm before you head out each day OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: -We do not allow pets. (This is a strata rule and I have allergies so this rule is strictly enforced). -We have a maximum occupancy of six (6) people. - also a strata rule -Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. -The booking guest must be present during the entire stay. -We are positive you will love staying in our condo as much as we do! TAXES: -Airbnb collects and remits the MRDT - 3% and PST - 8% - GST is 5% and is collected as part of the fees Guest access During your stay you will have full access to our 2 bed/2 bath condo with a balcony overlooking the forest. You will also have access to all amenities including a pool, hot tub and free unlimited parking. Our kitchen is well stocked with the necessities, including a good supply of plates, glasses, mugs, silverware, bottle openers, assorted spices, cooking oils, teas, coffee & hot chocolate. Hair dryers, shampoo & conditioner and pool towels are provided as standard, and a shared, coin-operated, washing machine and dryer is available within the complex. Other things to note We offer a very detailed digital Guest Book which (we hope) sets out everything you need to know during your stay, as well as our locals' insider tips on what to do and where to eat while in Whistler. As your hosts, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our goal is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our “happy place”. MINIMUM AGE - Booking Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must be resident for the entire stay. REVIEW & COMPLETE all items listed under Check-out Instructions. Especially taking the garbage & recycling out to the bins located in the parkade. *The cleaners charge an extra 50$ fee to remove any garbage & recycling left in the suite.* So, please do not forget, otherwise, you will be charged 50$ from your security deposit. AS WELL, Any extra cleaning fee charges, for out of the ordinary messes, such as vomit, will be passed onto the guest.
