The Lodge-Lots of fun/Lots of relaxation

There’s something for everyone at The Lodge. Traveling with family? The Lodge has activities & games galore for all ages. Have a cookout, a Cornhole tournament, and relax by the most unique fire pit in town. Here for business? You can spread out on the dining room table and Ponca City Broadband is just right for your business connections. The Lodge is located in a highly desired location and is moments away from anything you might want or need. The space Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, there’s plenty to do at The Lodge! With four bedrooms and two full baths, you have plenty of room to spread out. Play the old school arcade equipped with 60 of your original favorites or test out the Wii and the PlayStation 4. The sunroom has a roll out putting green, a Giant Connect 4 and all the traditional board games including Chess. There’s a basketball goal on the driveway or an arcade style goal that keeps score in the attached garage. (Issues are not at all common but things do happen so we cannot promise that every game will be working. If there is a game you are really interested in, ask before booking.) Please note that this is a two story home. There are three comfy bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the other has a regular twin bed. Downstairs, you will find a daybed with a trundle and another bathroom. Both bathrooms have a sink, toilet & roomy shower. Just in case you forgot something, both bathrooms have a basket of extra items that might help. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and has everything you will need to prepare meals. When we say the kitchen is ready for you, we mean it. You can make coffee, meals and you will find bottled water and various snacks. For anyone w extreme food allergies, please be aware there are peanut, milk and egg products in the home. The kitchen is not gluten free. The living room and sunroom have comfortable sofas and plenty of warm, soft throw blankets. The Lodge sits on a half acre lot. The spacious backyard has a custom swing set and custom fire pit. Set the evening atmosphere outside by turning on the bistro lights above the deck. Other things to note Let us know if you have a special event and/or celebration during your stay. We are more than happy to help you set it up and prepare the house. Per AirBnB regulations, no large parties are allowed. Only the # of guests on booking should be on the premises. No smoking on the property
