Sauna house with swimming pond in the nature

Wood-burning sauna house with fireplace and front room with a 2-person fold-out sofa bed (155x190cm). Suitable for a couple who enjoy privacy in nature and on their own under a patio pine tree. Accommodation is 100% self-service with no cleaning fee. It takes about 1-1.5h to heat the sauna. Bath towels, towels, sheets, and drinking water must be brought. Blankets and pillows are provided (50x60cm). There is a shower for washing and can enjoy a dip in the pond. The space The sauna is authentic and has a natural wood burner. It takes about 1-1.5h to heat the sauna. In winter ca. 2-2,5h. With an electric radiator or fireplace, you can quickly warm up the front room of the sauna in the winter. However, no fires are allowed in the fireplace and sauna oven at the same time. Repeat. In the summer, well water is usually provided (a possible hot shower if you switch according to the hot water boiler), but it's a good idea to consume the tap water in moderation when washing, as the well is slowly recovering in dry weather. Tap water is not recommended to drink as there is no constant consumption in the house. The tap water is limited in winter and depends on the season (around 15.10-15.03 because of the cold at night, the water system is closed so the pipes don't freeze ). If the water system is not working, for bathing in the sauna and for the toilet, water can be brought from the pond next door. Ca 20m. Bowls and water containers are provided. There is also a water tank on top of the keris, where the sauna heated can make its own hot water when it is filled. There are 2 ponds on the property. One pond with fish is located next to the sauna (about 20m) , we ask you not to swim there. Swimming is another larger and distant pond with a bridge about 100m from the sauna. The house is located inside a beautiful private forest. There is also another building (a large residential house) on the same property, which is also available for rent on AirBnB, can accommodate up to 10 people overnight. We ask that guests of the sauna house bring their own bed clothes, towels, and sauna towels, as the sauna house is 100% self-service and we want to save on site laundry. The price of the stay includes a maximum stay of 2 people and the use of a sauna. To heat the sauna once, the trees are included in the rental price of the house, if you want to make a fire and use more trees, please buy an additional amount of trees (from the Otepää gas station). If necessary (by arrangement and for an additional fee of 10 eur), additional trees can be agreed on site from the family member's wooden fence. Grills charcoal please take with you if you want to grill on the on site iron grill stand in the courtyard of the big house. Additional people can spend the night on the property with their own tents/camping bus/trailer if the number of people is pre-arranged. Additional people fee: 20 eur/night per person. Guest access The exact directions for your arrival will be sent to you on the day of check-in. Other things to note The cleaning fee is not included in the price of the stay, so please clean the sauna and all used spaces as they were before you came, so the next guests will have a pleasant arrival. If you don't want to, and you don't have the capacity to clean up after yourself, let me know and order a final cleaning (60 euros). You can take household trash to the black bin next to the big house and take out the packaging trash to the collection boxes (packaging, glass, paper) next to the road in the town of Sihva. We would really appreciate it if you collect the biodegradable waste separately and take into the tall grass on the edge of the forest to compost (food waste). If the sauna house is not cleaned by you and you haven't notified it, through Airbnb, the cleaning fee (60 eur) will be automatically charged in hindsight. A review of cleanliness is provided by the following arrivals, or the next Airbnb guests. Barbecuing is possible in the courtyard of the big house, if arranged in advance with the owners and there are no guests in the main house at the same time. Basic BBQ accessories (BBQ stand, 5 BBQ rods, BBQ grates) are provided. Grills charcoal and other accessories must be purchased by the guests themselves.
