Sauna house with swimming pond in the nature

Wood-burning sauna house with fireplace and front room with a 2-person fold-out sofa bed (155x190cm). Suitable for a couple who enjoy privacy in nature and on their own under a patio pine tree. The accommodation is 100% self-service. It takes about 1-1.5h to heat the sauna. Bath towels, towels, sheets, and drinking water must be brought. Blankets and pillows are provided (50x60cm). There is a shower for washing and can enjoy a dip in the pond. The space The sauna is authentic and with natural wood heating. It takes about 1-1.5 hours to heat the sauna. In winter, about 2-2.5 hours. With an electric radiator or fireplace, you can quickly heat the sauna's anteroom in winter. However, no fire may be made in the fireplace and sauna stove at the same time. In summer, well water is usually available (a hot shower is possible if you switch on the hot water boiler), but tap water should be consumed moderately when washing, because the well recovers slowly in dry weather. Tap water is not recommended for drinking because there is no constant consumption in the house. Tap water is limited in winter and depends on the season (approx. 15.10-15.03 the water system is closed due to night frosts so that the pipes do not freeze ). If the water system does not work, then for washing in the sauna and for the toilet, water can be brought from the adjacent pond with clean water. About 20m. Bowls and water containers are provided. There is also a water tank on top of the heater, where you can make hot water yourself when you fill it. The property has 2 ponds. One pond with fish is located next to the sauna (about 20m), there we ask you not to swim. Suitable for swimming is another larger and more distant pond with a bridge about 100m from the sauna. The house is located in a beautiful private forest. There is another building (a large house) on the same property, which is also available for rent on AirBnB, which can accommodate up to 10 people. We ask the guests of the sauna house to bring their own bed linen, towels and sauna towels, because the sauna house is 100% self-service and we want to save the water used for washing on the spot. The price of the accommodation includes a maximum of 2 people staying and using the sauna. Wood for heating the sauna once is included in the rental price of the house, if you want to make a fire and use more wood, please buy an additional amount of wood (from Otepää gas station). If necessary (by agreement and for an additional fee of 10 euros), the use of additional wood from the host's woodshed can be agreed upon on the spot. Please bring barbecue charcoal if you want to grill on the iron grill base in the courtyard of the big house. Additional people can stay overnight on the property with their tents/camping bus/caravan if the number of people has been agreed in advance. Additional people fee: 20 euros/night per person. Guest access We will send you the exact instructions for arrival on the check-in day. Other things to note The cleaning fee is not included in the price of the accommodation, so please clean the sauna and all the rooms used to the condition they were in before you arrived, so that the next hosts would be pleased to arrive. If you don't want to and you don't have the capacity to clean up after yourself, let us know and order a final cleaning (60 euros). You can take household waste to the black bin next to the big house and take the packaging waste to the collection boxes next to the road in the Sihva settlement (packaging, glass, paper). We would be very grateful if you could collect biodegradable waste separately and take it to the edge of the forest to compost in high grass (food waste). If the sauna house is not cleaned by you and you have not informed about it, then through AirBnb a cleaning fee (60 euros) will be automatically charged in addition. The following arrivals, or the following AirBnB guests, will rate the cleanliness. Barbecue is possible in the courtyard of a large house if it is agreed in advance with the owners in advance and there are no guests in the main house at the same time. Basic barbecue accessories (grill tray, 5 grill rods, grill grills) are provided. Guests must purchase their own charcoal and other accessories.
