Clear Lake State Park is just a quick 5-minute drive from the house and the famous Konocti Harbor Resort is approx. 5 miles down the road as well. Clear Lake is known for its top-rated wineries, boutiques, and music scene. Throughout the year, enjoy festivals, live music, wine tasting, hiking, biking, boating, and fishing. It's a blast! The outside has a wrap-around furnished deck, a hot tub, outside dining, and a gas BBQ. We also have a big beautiful community pool! The inside is decorated with warm colors, and lots of extra couch pillows and throws. The floor plan is open living designed to take advantage of the beautiful lake views.
