Your group will be comfortable in this 3 bedroom house near a big park in Seattle's Central District. The house is move-in ready and fully stocked with everything you need for a long stay or a weekend getaway. Walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store and with driveway parking for 2 (and free street parking). Get to downtown or the sports stadiums by walking, bus, biking or a quick Uber. You are close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The space This comfortable 3 bedroom home has everything you need. At 1800sf all 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor and the main floor boasts a cozy fireplace, dining area, large open kitchen and living space. Walk out the back slider from the living space into the fully fenced backyard with garden beds and a patio. Drink your coffee outside in the mornings or put it in a to-go cup and walk the 100 steps to the park (no need to cross any streets to get there!) . Inside Judkins Park there is a kids playground and splash park, a skate park, basketball courts, space for football, soccer fields and all looped by a pleasant walking trail. If you have pets or kids you'll meet all the other neighbors with pets or kids there while on your walk. The primary bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom and walk in closet with a king size bed. The other two bedrooms on the same level share a bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed and toddler bed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. All rooms have large closets and spaces throughout the house for storage for those with longer stays. The home is within walking distance to coffee shops (try Temple Pastries) and great food (Fish Guys, Catfish Corner, Moonlight Cafe) and a grocery store. Get your Mariners or Seahawks jersey on and take a longer walk (15min) to the stadiums just west of the house. The house sits a couple minutes drive away from highways I-90 and I-5 that can take you into the mountains for hiking or wherever you want to go! This home is so centrally located and close to hospitals, downtown, International District, Capital Hill, sports stadiums and everything Seattle has to offer! Guest access You will have the main floor and upper floor of this house. Including driveway parking (2 spaces). Note: You will not have access to the garage or basement. The basement unit is the owners space with a separate entry and may occasionally be occupied. Other things to note There are 16 stairs to enter the house.
