A private parking spot is outside the house. In 300m distance are village shop and public transport. The space You will spend your holidays in an old, lovingly renovated Ticino house. The windows are all facing the south and, as usual in old houses, rather small. On the ground floor there are entrance, dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a common room with fireplace and a sepatate toilet. Via the old staircase, you can reach a spacious bedroom with two beds and a table on the first floor. Above is an analog room on the second floor. There is also a bathroom and a toilet. A typical narrow Ticino balcony offers a magnificent view of Locarno and its surroundings. From the ground floor you can access a quiet, spacious courtyard with plane trees and stone table on the south. Relax in this oasis. Sun loungers and an electric grill are stored in the laundry room. The room height is lower in the older part (entrance, dining room, kitchen) than in the newer part. In the transitional period, the house can be heated with electric stoves. Guest access The house (ground floor, floor 1 and OG2) and the upper courtyard in front are available for your exclusive use. The courtyard on the south side forms a unit with that of the attached neighboring house. A staircase leads to the lower courtyard. From here you can access basement rooms, which are used by the residents opposite. There is also a washing machine there, which can be used for longer stays. The lower courtyard is equipped with a gate. The house is also accessible on foot. Other things to note To Locarno and the surrounding area it is recommended to take the bus (no parking search!) .
