One metro stop to the main train station, so easy to get here from the airport. The apartment was built in 2022, so everything is brand new. The space The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with an integrated kitchen. There's also a 2-person sofa that a child can sleep on. The area is very quiet in the evening, so it's peaceful to sleep. All appliances are of very high quality and essentially brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an exit to a nice terrace with a barbecue in a cozy courtyard. We often drink a glass of wine with the neighbors who come from France, Germany, Mexico, Sweden and Lithuania. The apartment is located on the ground floor facing the cozy courtyard with a strong community with communal dining, etc., while it is on the 1st floor facing the street.
