The space The Hollies has been renovated to a high standard and is set in a quiet residential area of Winterton-on-Sea. It offers comfortable, well-planned accommodation for two couples or a family at any time of year. Accessed via a side entrance, the property opens into a small hallway with a shower room off to one side. The spacious open-plan living area features a comfortable corner sofa, TV, and a bright dining space. The modern kitchen is well equipped with an island and four bar stools, electric hob and oven, ¾-size dishwasher, washing machine, and an under-counter fridge with ice compartment. To the rear are two generous bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room. Patio doors from both bedrooms lead out to the fully enclosed, paved garden. At the front of the property, there’s an attractive enclosed decking area, along with off-road parking for two cars. The Hollies welcomes up to four dogs free of charge. Dogs are welcome throughout the property and allowed on furniture when throws are used. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the property.
