The outdoor entertainment area offers pool, ping-pong table, comfortable sitting area with TV, dining table and a plus size charcoal grill. Close proximity to dining and entertainment: Captain Curt’s, Crescent Club, Tiki Bar, Lenz Pizza, Daiquiri Deck and more. The space If you are looking for comfort and convenience this is the place for you. Time to enjoy the beach? You will be 1 minute walk from the beach access #13by. It is super convenient to be that close to the beach. Why? Because you can be home in a few minutes for lunch, a bathroom break, refresh yourself in the pool or even take a nice “siesta”. Leave chairs, umbrellas and toys at the beach and come back later to keep enjoying the sun or to admire the famous Siesta Key Sunset. This south side of Siesta Key, known as Point of Rocks, is also great for snorkeling and fishing by the rocks. Hungry? The fully equipped open concept kitchen and large size grill on your own back yard will allow you to cook delicious meals and flavorful steaks, hamburgers and hotdogs. Time to rest? 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with loft/office area and screened patio allow for privacy to shower, change, rest or even check your emails. The max capacity of 6 allows for flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements while avoiding crowded rooms. Time to relax? Get a drink and sit by the pool and watch a game or favorite show on the TV. Raining? No problem as the covered area with ping-pong table, dining/game table, TV and comfortable sitting allow for outdoor enjoyment when raining. Want to exercise? Go for a calm hike or bike ride through the neighborhood. Time to hang? Walk to bars and restaurants close by: Tiki Bar, Crescent Club, Captain Curt’s, Pizza N’ Brew, Clayton’s and Daiquiri Deck. Our street does not allow for street parking which means less crowded beach. 2. There might be contractors on the outside of the property during your stay as they have their own schedule (eg. lawn mowing, pest control, pool maintenance). 3. The pool is shared with one other unit only. 4. The living spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry) are about 10ft above ground and were not affected by the surge of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. 5. Please be aware that Siesta Key is still recovering from Hurricanes Helene and Milton and there might be ongoing construction in the neighborhood or even next door.
