The space ✦ Cozy studio located on the third floor of a well-maintained 7-unit apartment building ✦ Open living space featuring a comfortable bed with quality bedding, a table, and a TV for your convenience ✦ Twin-size mattress with goose down pillows and duvet for a cozy, restful sleep ✦ Dedicated workspace with high speed wi-fi ✦ Functional kitchenette equipped for basic meal preparation ✦ Private bathroom included for your exclusive use ✦ Stairs to the third floor is steep therefore not ideal for people with mobility issues ✦ The entire building is owned, managed, and thoughtfully furnished as a boutique apartment community, ensuring every unit offers comfort, consistency, and a seamless guest experience Guest access ✦ Enter the building through the double doors facing 5th Avenue for easy access. ✦ You’ll receive a secure door code for your access prior to check-in. Other things to note We require a minimum stay of 90 nights during the spring semester (January–May) and fall semester (August–December). This helps us best accommodate students, professors, visiting researchers, and young professionals who need stable housing for their projects or academic term. Short-term parking permits are free; permits over 28 days cost $20 (per city policy). ✻ Laundry: Convenient shared laundry facilities in the basement (bring your detergent). ✻ Heating & AC: Comfortable shared central air and heat with set temperature for year-round comfort. ✻ Starter supplies: Toiletries and kitchen basics provided at check-in; monthly guests can restock as needed. ✻ Outdoor space: Relax on the shared front porch with a porch swing and table — a perfect spot to read, sip coffee, or enjoy the sun. ✻ Quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM – 7 AM for a peaceful stay.
