Vintage School 4BR/3BA, Kitchen, Pool, Gym NO FEES

This schoolhouse was built in 1931. It still has that vintage charm, and we have filled the apartments with turn of the century inspired decor, yet adding modern conveniences. Many of the items date back to its use as a school. Our goal is to make it as welcoming and comfortable as possible. We have a pool, full gymnasium with sports equipment, workout area with a Peloton (bring your own cycling shoes), free weights, and ping pong. There is a fire pit, big lawn, and fort area. EV chargers! The space This is half of the upstairs of the school, with 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a full kitchen and kitchenette. Guest access Guests are allowed in the common areas of the hallways, laundry areas on their floor, pool, gym, yard, bathrooms by the pool, and stage. Please stay out of the commercial kitchen, basement area, and back locked areas, which may not be safe. During your stay We are happy to interact with guests at their desired level of interaction - we will leave it up to them to get into contact with us. However, this is a large property, and we will give guests a tour, just text us via the app, and we will be happy to show you around!
