Enjoy the fun area with games, chess, props for the best vegas selfies and much more. You can also use this as your office or to relax and read a book! You will love the new open kitchen that offers everything needed! Watch TV in the living room area or just enjoy the evening next to the fireplace. If you prefer to make a nice BBQ, use the full BBQ outside. It includes a oversized grill, side burner, rosterie, a PIZZA OVEN and a fridge. So you always have your cool drinks nearby! You can dine inside or outside, whatever you prefer! On the second floor you find the main bedroom and a bath that offers a giant shower with Las Vegas Strip view and a separate toilet. The second bedroom has a beautiful view to Mount Charleston. A lot of space for you or your family or friends! Guest access You will have the full dream Villa! During your stay Our good friend lives in the third bedroom and will make sure that everything is in best conditions for you! He is also happy to help you with recommendations or insider tips!
