Spacious Hall with 32 inch TV Kitchenette attached (1 Burner Gas Stove and basic utensils) Bathroom and Toilet Attached to Hall. Hotwater geyser attached to the bathroom This is a private & independent portion with a separate gate on the right corner of the house. This is not connected to the main house ensures privacy . Its about 15 minutes drive from the airport. This property location is equidistant to all main areas of the city about 30 minutes drive. Its located in a serene enclave cut off from the main road free from any sort of noise. QUICK NOTES: Road side parking available Zomato and Swiggy deliver Owners live beside the main building hence there is complete privacy Sorry we don't have WIFI however Jio, Airtel or Vodafone Networks work very well No Power Backup however we dont expect power to go often Guest access Car parking on the road. No disturbance for that. Private entry through pathway leading to the room. Other things to note 1.There is no kitchen but can guide guests in ordering the right food from the neighborhood. There is some good food joints about 5= 10 minutes walking distance. Zomato, Swiggy provides very good service. 2 . Laundry service available with a 2 day delivery schedule. 3. Transport: uber/Ola 4. No Smart TV 5. Wifi is NOT provided 6. Housekeeping is also provided on a regular basis for long stay.. 7. Water :24 hours running water is available but please use judiciously as the city is having a shortage. We provide as drinking water for guests. 8. Garbage disposal: pls place bin outside the room which will be cleared. Kindly do not dump stuff other than tissue paper into the closet as it will wreck our drainage system.
