Furnished Room inclusive of microwave, kettle, fridge and TV with shared bathroom. Single occupancy Close to shops, laundrette and chip shop in the village and also a 5 minute walk to gorey pier where you will find gorey castle and many local restaurants. Close bus route to town - Available Routes 1,1A,1G,2,2A Rent to include bills such as water, electricity and internet on a reasonable use basis.  No pets or smokers.  Not suitable for children. During your stay I will be around the property but like to give my guests space to come and go
