On the eastern side of Öland, in beautiful, quiet Kårehamn, this modern property is located. Two houses with a total of six beds. In the "guest house" there are two bedrooms, a small dining area, toilet and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. In the "big house" there are two bedrooms with single beds, a living room with sofas, TV, dining area, fireplace, kitchen and toilet with shower and washing machine. Next to the kitchen, there is a glassed patio with a large dining area. The plot has large lawns, wooden decks and several furnished patios. The space The houses are relatively newly renovated. Wooden floors in all rooms. Modern design, large windows with lots of light and sea views. The houses are located at an angle, which makes the garden feel cozy and homely. On beautiful summer evenings, you can enjoy socializing, cooking and grilling in the garden at a nice outdoor kitchen. On the scenic plot, you can follow the seasons' beautiful flowers with buttercups, bluebells, lilies of the valley, lilacs and orchids. A small playhouse with decor can inspire the little ones to play. In the wood-fired sauna with large windows from ceiling to floor, you have a view of a beautiful stone wall and scenic meadows. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the "big house" and the "guest house" with sauna and outdoor shower. In the "Friggeboden" there are croquet games, boules, soccer, etc. In the common leisure area there is a boules court and soccer field. The "Friggeboden" is private and is not included in the accommodation. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed. Bed linens and towels are not included. Duvets and pillows are available in all beds as well as extra linens in the guest house's closet. Final cleaning is done by the tenant.
