The house has a ‘live in’ kitchen with a dining area on one side and a living room area on the other side, a separate TV/study room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets. The dining area is on the garden side, with beautiful doors which both can open in its entirety. It's around the corner of a shopping street, a playground, public lawn and bus/tram stop. It’s a 5 to 10 minute bike ride to the beach. The space You have access to the whole house. The ground floor has an open kitchen with the dining area on one side and the living room on the other. A separate toilet in the hallway. Big doors open to the garden with a seating area. On the first floor there is a TV /study room, 1 bathroom (bath and separate shower), 1 bedroom (2 persons), a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
