This Uptown hilltop cottage offers stunning views of Thunder Mountain, Brins Mesa, and Coffee Pot. The home is booked as a 2BR/2BA unless you request the locked-off 3rd bedroom carport conversion for an extra $50/night plus an additional one-time cleaning fee of $20. Enjoy sunsets from the outdoor seating, relax in the hot tub on cool evenings, walk easily into Uptown, or head to Oak Creek Canyon for summer hikes and swimming. Desk + monitor included for remote work when 3rd BR is added. The space BEDROOM 1 – Primary Suite The primary bedroom features a plush queen Tempur-Pedic mattress—soft, cloud-like, and incredibly cozy. It includes an en-suite ¾ bathroom for added privacy and comfort. BEDROOM 2 – Guest Room This guest room has a comfy medium-to-firm coil queen mattress and a beautiful mountain view. It’s located just steps away from the hallway full bathroom for easy access. BONUS ROOM – King Room (Available Upon Request - This room can be added for $50/night plus a one-time cleaning fee of $20. This optional third room includes a dreamy king-size organic pillow-top mattress with extra padding for luxurious comfort. It’s a converted carport, located on the opposite end of the house from the other bedrooms and bathrooms. While it doesn’t have a dedicated bathroom, it more than makes up for it with breathtaking views of Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot—visible right from the bed or desk. High-speed internet and a monitor make this the perfect remote work setup… if you can tear yourself away from the view. Watching the sunset from bed is next-level relaxation. This room can be added for $50/night. ⸻ VIEWS Enjoy stunning red rock views from multiple spots: the living room, kitchen table, guest room, king room, both workspaces, and outdoor seating areas in the front and back (plenty of spots to relax and soak it all in!). ⸻ HOT TUB The hot tub experience here is pure magic—unwind under the stars with sweeping views of the red rocks. There is a $70 service fee to prepare and maintain the hot tub for your stay. Usage requires signing a short agreement. In summer (June–August), the tub may heat beyond its settings due to outdoor temps, so it’s available as use at your own risk during those months. ⸻ LOCATION Ditch the traffic—you’re just a 5–10 minute walk (or bike ride) to Uptown Sedona’s shops, restaurants, trolleys, and trailheads. Prefer to drive? You’re under 15 minutes from Slide Rock, Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Oak Creek Canyon, and dozens of scenic hiking spots. Guest access Access: 1) Access codes to the house will be sent the day of checkin. 2) Access codes to the hot tub will be given once agreement is signed and service fee of $70 is paid. 3) BONUS KING ROOM is a converted carport and is locked off unless requested/added for $50 extra per night plus an additional one-time cleaning fee of $20. It will require an access code to enter. Other things to note We want you to feel completely at home—like you’re staying at a close friend’s place in Sedona. Settle in, get cozy, and enjoy everything our hilltop cottage and this magical town have to offer. You’re welcome to use the kitchen and anything in the cabinets—make yourself comfortable!
