All bathrooms have hair dryers and clothes steamers. There is a 3 car garage which you may use. 2 cars may park in garage. 1 side has storage. Above the garage is an additional private bedroom with 3 queen beds and a full bathroom, which may be rented for an additional $250 per night. Please ask for that in your booking request. The back porch is fully screened in and absolutely amazing. A large dining table where you will want to eat all your meals and a seating area with throne like chairs that will make you want to stay on island time forever. Down a few steps there is a small patio with a fire pit, then a walkway to the pool and dock. The pool is in the perfect spot the sunbathe and swim in the sun, watching the birds and wildlife that enjoy the pond. Hot tub May be heated for $75 per day. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. (1 closet and 1 pantry remain locked for owner storage) The bedroom over the garage is an additional charge of $250 you may request. (It will be locked otherwise) Other things to note Home sleeps up to 14 people!! We have a new bonus room addition with 3 queen beds, sofa, tv, and a private bathroom- if you would like to rent the bonus room the fee is $250! Please request this in your booking/inquiry!
