The home is located in the heart of the village of Baldwinsville only a block from the four corners area at the center of town. It is a close walk to numerous restaurants, shops and bars. It is also close to the waterfront walking/biking trail areas that run through Baldwinsville along the river. Mercer Park is a community favorite that is located just a few houses down. This riverfront little gem has picnic areas, playground, kayak launch,basketball courts, etc. Parking is in a private driveway in front of the house. You enter the apartment from a private entrance on the porch and go up a flight of stairs to the unit. You enter the apartment in a hallway off of the kitchen. Hardwood floors and high ceilings give the space a light and airy feel. The eat-in kitchen flows into the living room. The living room has a warm and inviting feel with a gas fireplace that heats the space beautifully. The hallway leads to the bedroom, laundry area, and bathroom. It is a very safe community with lots of sidewalks and waterfront trails for walking / biking / jogging. 18 minutes from Syracuse University & SUNY Upstate. Less than 15 minutes from the Micron site , Lockheed Martin, Rt I 81 construction, NYS Fair, and the Amazon Warehouse. 30 minutes from the Finger Lakes, Oswego and the shores of Lake Ontario. Uber, Lyft and the Syracuse bus system are all available for transportation. The apartment overlooks the Seneca river and Papermill Island. Mercer Park and the local kayak launch is only a few houses down. Boat docking is available on the community docks and the area is known as a favorite with boaters. Baldwinsville is a very walkable community with lots of sidewalks and waterfront trails. It is known for being safe and friendly. Parking is in a private driveway which is plowed for you in the winter. Uber, Lyft, and public transportation via the city bus is also available.
