The three-room "Elicriso" apartment is one of the three apartments of Villa Didoro, a small, newly renovated hospitality facility. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in nature. The apartment, with two double bedrooms, sleeps 2 and 3, has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen-dining room and a dedicated outdoor area with BBQ. Air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine and many other amenities. Just 2.5 km from Marina di Campo and an excellent starting point for exploring central-western Elba. The space The Elicriso is a comfortable three-room apartment, one of the three units at Villa Didoro. The same property includes the three-room “Caprifoglio” apartment (sleeps up to 7/8) and the two-room open-plan “Iperico” apartment (sleeps 2+4). You can book all 3 properties if there is availability. Below is the description of the spaces at L'Elicriso: The two bedrooms: Bedroom 1: (3pax) double bed and single bed, with air conditioning split, window door to the outside. Bedroom 2: (2 guests) queen-size bed, direct access to the outside via a French window, private bathroom (windowless), split-system air conditioning. Kitchen-dining area: furnished kitchen equipped with cookware and tableware, induction stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, sink, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The table with chairs and the sofa for relaxing and watching TV are also in this room. Bathroom: As already mentioned, this is the private bathroom for the double bedroom for 2 people. Complete with bathroom fixtures and a shower with a glass enclosure. Main bathroom: complete with sanitary ware, sink with mirror, shower with glass door and washing machine. Window. Outside, there is a dedicated shaded outdoor area under the gazebo, furnished with a table and chairs, 2 deck chairs, and a BBQ with an outdoor shower and sink connected to the domestic hot water system. TV in the living room, independent climate control system in each room, mosquito nets on doors and windows; shutters that allow for a completely dark environment. Please note that household linens, sheets, and towels are not provided. You can bring it from home; otherwise, we will rent it at the laundromat and ask you for the cost upon your arrival. Please let us know at least 3 days before check-in. There is no food (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) and no soap (neither for personal care nor for cleaning the house) in the property. Guest access Guests have access to the spaces dedicated to their apartment, and, through the driveways, they can access the parking lot. Other things to note We remind you that EXTRA charges apply: Household linens are NOT provided, so there are no sheets, bath towels, or kitchen tablecloths. We provide the following items, cleaned with each guest change: terry-cloth mattress covers, pillowcases, bedspreads, spare blankets, and extra pillows; shower mat. If you need it, it will be rented from a professional laundry service, and the cost will be charged directly upon your arrival. In the kitchen, there are pots and pans for the induction cooktop, but there are no food items of any kind: no oil, no salt, no pepper, etc. There are no cleaning products of any kind in the house, either for household use or for personal care.
