Designed for flexibility to meet the desires of individuals, couples and families, the main level can be enjoyed as one large open space or easily partitioned with an insulated wall to create dual, two bedroom units. The space Each bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed and floor to ceiling views of the ocean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Guests can use two kitchens, each with a four chair dining counter. The dinning area has an eight seat dining table. In addition to the pool side patio, there is a large terrace off the upstairs bedrooms, and two rooftop terraces above the bedrooms. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and property. Other things to note Our manager can arrange a chef to prepare meals for you at the house. We can send you a dinner, lunch and breakfast menu. There would be a charge per person, plus the cost of groceries. Housekeeping is available Monday through Saturday. Our groundkeeper is onsite Monday through Friday.
