Beautiful and cozy, located in a quiet and safe residential complex, 5 minutes from the Ex Hacienda de Cortés and event gardens. Excellent for a weekend or vacation with the family or for hosting wedding or event guests. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, the main one with a queen size bed and full bathroom, with an outdoor terrace. The other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds and share a full bathroom. There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor and, if necessary, the sofa bed can be adapted for a double bed. In addition to the pool and jacuzzi area of the condominium, the house has a private pool with a waterfall and heating, the consumption of which can be managed by the guest according to their needs. In the terrace and garden area, we have an umbrella and awnings ideal for enjoying the outdoor areas in the excellent climate throughout the year and a delightful hammock to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the place. Guest access Access to the condominium's common areas (swimming pool, lounge chairs, tables, bathrooms, and chairs). The gas consumed by the boiler will be charged to the guest. We have a digital meter in which the guest can manage their consumption at all times. Upon arrival, the guest will be told what the initial gas level is, and before departure, the consumption will be checked to settle the difference. Other things to note The basic rate includes 6 guests. Each additional guest costs 400 pesos per person per night and the maximum capacity is 8 people. We'll be in touch with you for all the details of your stay. If you need help with cleaning or support in the kitchen, we have a person who can come. Just let us know in advance to coordinate the days and times you need it. You would pay the person $550 pesos directly. The pool has heating and if you are going to use the boiler there is an additional cost for the gas consumed. To use it, an advance deposit must be made to a BBVA account in order to supply the estimated gas. We have a gas meter so you can manage your consumption, depending on the time it stays on and the desired temperature level. At the end of your stay, the actual consumption will be determined and the difference will be paid in cash before your departure. If there is a difference in the guest's favor in the gas fund, we will refund it to the guest at the end of their stay. Let us know if you want to have the pool at a good temperature for your arrival so that we can preheat it if you wish.
