Situated on Main Street (Route 302) right off of exit 40 on route 93, this 1800s era refurbished farmhouse is a private getaway with plenty of space to relax and reconnect. There are two levels of quaint and cozy spaces with main areas to gather together and dedicated workspace alike. The first level features a breezeway entrance with wardrobes and equipment hooks for all your mountain gear. The breezeway flows into the main living area that hosts the kitchen, living room, dining room, and private office. The dining room has sliders that lead out to our oversized wraparound deck (warm weather use only) There is a lower level bedroom with a queen bed by the front landing, and just up the stairs is another landing leading to 3 more bedrooms, the stocked linen closet, and the full bathroom with washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed along with a mounted TV and a sofa/recliner that can be used as an alternate gathering space. The second bedroom features a full bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The house is ideally situated near downtown Littletown, Reklis Brewery, Canon Mountain, Bretton Woods, hiking, biking, snowmobile trails, and much more. We welcome you to find your freedom in NH while staying with us! Guests will have access to the entire house I have a property manager in town should any unmet needs arise Set conveniently on Route 302 in Bethlehem, Freedom Farmhouse it nestled right in the middle of it all with quick access to wherever you want to go. 8 minutes to Littleton, 15 minutes to Cannon, 20 minutes to Bretton Woods, an hour to Conway, and biking/hiking/snowmobile/atv trails all around. Major grocery and shopping chains can be found in Littleton off of rt 93 exit 42 and for quick convenience there is also a Dollar General with limited groceries/supplies/alcohol just 2 doors down the road. We have a large driveway that can hold plenty of cars that we have plowed ASAP after every snow fall. The house is set right on rt 302 which is a state highway and is always clear and easy to use. Nothing of interest is walkable from here with the exception of the Dollar General (when conditions permit safe walking routes).
