The space Along with the main home, our property also includes a spacious separate "bunk" house just steps away from the main home. The bunk house has two queen beds and two single beds. It is absolutely perfect for kids - and adults too! In the bunk house is a half bathroom with an attached outdoor shower making this a full bathroom in the warmer months. Also included is lake access with a community dock/beach that can be used for swimming. We also provide 2 kayaks and a canoe that you may use whenever you feel. In addition, we have a large backyard suitable for any and all yard games, a large fire pit area, a Blackstone, and a propane grill to suit all of your grilling needs. Guest access You will have access to the entire property including the main home as well as the bunk house and backyard area. Other things to note We are just minutes away from The Chautauqua Institute, downtown Bemus Point, Long Point State Park, the city of Jamestown and so much more. Want to get out on the water during your stay? We have a top of the line tritoon boat for rent (has three toons as opposed to two for increased stability). See pictures attached.
