Fantastic cottage near Duved

Experience Jämtland's all seasons in this beautiful cottage near Duved. Here you can enjoy comfortable accommodation and peaceful nature while being close to both skiing activities, hiking, restaurants and entertainment. The cottage has three good bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area. Sauna, shower and separate toilet as well as washing machine and drying cabinet. Outdoors, there is a large plot of land, parking spaces and a cozy fireplace. Electricity consumption is not included in the price but is charged retroactively The space The cottage is in very nice condition and is located about 3 kilometers west of Duved's city center. Duved's ski area is about five minutes away by car, and Åre's ski area is about 15 minutes away. If you want to go cross-country, Duved's cross-country track runs just above the cottage, which means that you have easy access to the tracks of 7, 10 and 15 kilometers. In Duved's center there is also a grocery store, ski rental, paddle hall and restaurants, and if you want more, Åre with all its entertainment and restaurants is only 15 minutes away. The cottage itself has three bedrooms with two beds each. One bedroom has a large double bed, the other two single beds and the third a bunk bed with an extra wide lower bed. In addition, there is a large living room, a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage also has a separate toilet, bathroom with shower and sauna as well as a good hall with lots of storage and drying cabinets. Outside you will find a large plot of land with the possibility of sledding, playing in the snow and lighting a fire in the built fireplace. The cottage also has a large parking lot with space for three cars. Other things to note The cottage is rented out during weeks 8 and 9. For week 8, arrival is Saturday, February 17 and departure is Saturday, February 25. For week 9, arrival is Sunday, February 25 and departure is Sunday, March 3.
