Farmhouse on a green estate with sauna

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people (additional toddler possible by arrangement) with 3 bedrooms (one half room) each with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. A highlight of the apartment is the new fireplace in the living room. From the kitchen floor, the heart of the apartment, you have a great view of the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven/microwave and appropriate utensils. Designer dishes are not to be expected, it is a colorful and fine collection. Outside there are some play facilities for children (sandbox, mud kitchen, swing) as well as plenty of space to romp around. From the courtyard you can directly access the private meadow with rustic benches and bathing facilities in the Örtze. A fire basket and grill are available on the outdoor terrace. Ponies are also kept on the farm's own meadows, but they cannot be fed or ridden. A private outdoor sauna in a converted construction trailer can optionally be booked (30 euros per day (for 3 days 70 euros, for 7 days 120 euros) The location in Hermannsburg is optimal with short distances to bakeries, supermarkets, ice cream parlors, etc. There are many hiking and cycling opportunities through the heath in the surrounding area. In the immediate vicinity there is the possibility to rent canoes and to make a great tour on the Örtze (with passage of the farm). Other leisure ideas are the small heath village Müden with the wildlife park or the heath park, the spa and the outlet center in Soltau. Guest access The courtyard is in the second row and is not visible from the street. There is a signposted driveway. Other things to note A linen package (bed linen and towels) can be booked for an additional fee of 20 euros/person. 1 dog allowed ( 50€ per animal per stay), another dog possible on request and extra charge (then an extra 50€ for the 2nd dog )
