The space The home is located in a quiet neighborhood only 5 miles from Downtown Denver. Located on the west side of the city it is easy and convenient to get to all Denver attractions while also being easy to go west to Red Rocks, Golden and the mountains! Main Living/Kitchen /Dining Area: New stainless steel appliances with a gas range make cooking in this kitchen a delight! Everything is very organized and easy to find. Kitchen is supplied with everything you may need including Vitamix and juicer! There is a microwave hidden in the cabinet adjacent to the refrigerator. The sunny dining area is just adjacent to the kitchen and is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening meal. (note the seats open up and have games and crafts below for your use!) Living room has plenty of comfy seating for everyone. All the seats on the sofas area also recliners so all guests can get cozy for a movie night in! TV is a smart TV and allows you to cast from your phone or ipad. Master Suite: The master suite is along the back of the house and is a private oasis in itself! There is a separate bathroom with a custom shower and vanity, private toilet room, walk in closet and a sliding glass door opening to your own private patio. Room is full of windows and overlooks the backyard. The room faces wests so is a great room for sleeping in! Bed size is King. TV is a smart TV and allows you to cast from your phone or ipad. Bedroom #2: Second bedroom is like a second master and is everyone's favorite room. This room is full of natural light and overlooks a large private patio with a gas firepit. Bedroom #3 / Office: This bedroom can be set up as a bedroom and/or a workspace. A custom made murphy bed has a extremely comfortable mattress and is very simple to pull up and down if you need the extra space during the day. Room has large closet, desk and desk chair, printer and office supplies. Bathroom is just across the hall and has a bathtub. Mudroom: Very charming back mudroom has plenty of space for jackets, shoes and anything you need to be out of the way. This room also has a dog door for your 4 legged friend! Laundry: Laundry is centrally located in hallway closet behind barn door. Brand new washer and dryer, hanging rack and detergent provided. Yard and gardens: The outside property is one of the best things about this house. Along the side of the house with a door from the kitchen is a great patio with gas grill, rocking chairs, fire pit and outdoor table with pergola. Pergola has a retractable cover. This patio opens up to to the garden area with 4 large raised beds that grow all types of fruits and veggies. Within this garden is a barrel style sauna for your relaxing pleasure! There is a large fenced in back yard surrounded by gardens. Dog door opens to the back yard. Guest access There is a driveway and plenty of street parking for guests! It is also very easy to take Ubers from the home as most popular destinations are just 10-15 minutes away. The central location makes getting around Denver and into the mountains very easy.
