Recently renovated with new beds and mattresses throughout, this clean and minimal, two-storey coast house offers guests a relaxing opportunity to have a break and enjoy the ocean breeze! The property can sleep up to 9 and includes a 55-inch television with Chromecast connectivity. A new deck with BBQ overlooks a fully fenced grassed backyard, perfect for pets! The space The property is an original 70’s beach shack with the only structural renovation being the addition of the new deck. Although the cosmetic renovations are complete, the overall structure of the building pays homage to its original build with concrete downstairs and a thinner second level (meaning that noise through the upper floor can travel and creak – she’s an old gal!). The house is designed for families to toss their bags down and spend their time at the beach or out on the deck. The property includes bunks that are all king-single sized (and can fit an average sized adult), a travel cot with mattress (under the queen bed in Room 2), a highchair (under the stairs), and a child gate at the top of the stairs. The rooms are cosy and do not have built-ins – designed for simply sleeping off a day at the beach! BEDROOM 1: Queen BEDROOM 2: Queen, x3 King Singles BEDROOM 3: x2 King Singles BATHROOMS/LAUNDRY: Two bathrooms (upstairs with bath) and washing machine and dryer available for use The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours, including young families and elderly residents. Noise restrictions are in place from 10:00pm and for this reason we cannot accept any parties or large group bookings (family groups accepted). Strictly no gatherings are to be held at the property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction. Please note that the house is equipped with security cameras leading up to the property. Dogs and cats are permitted (maximum of 2 animals per stay) with their own beds. We please ask that you keep animals off the furniture and clean-up after your pet/s (including throughout the backyard). The property is fenced, however, the gates on either side are not overly high. Charges may be applicable for any damage.
