If you think your children are mature and this would pose no harm to them, please enquire with us regarding booking and we can accommodate, however this will be entirely at your own risk and Serendipity Cottage takes no liability. - We have another property we let out next door to the cottage. Both properties are entirely separate and have their own parking and garden private spaces. Please respect each other’s personal space and keep in mind our quiet hours between 11pm-7am. - We live next door to a quarry, with lorries passing frequently. Operating hours are Mon-Fri 7am-6pm (winter hours are shorter) and the lorries are limited to 10mph. Please note, our cottage was built in 1960 and so it is an old house. Please do not expect a modern house at Serendipity, as we do not advertise it as being so. We pride ourselves on being a vintage property, with a few quirks and areas needing maintained, which is part of our long-term vision for our space. Registration Details HI-41019-F
