New cottage end lot in Holtardalen

Our newly built cabin is rented out. The cabin is located at the top of Holtardalen 1000 m above sea level with good opportunities for cross-country skiing in Silkedalen and slalom/snowboarding in the alpine resort in Holtardalen and Rauland ski resort. There is also a toboggan run at the top of the road. At the end of the cabin area you are completely shielded from neighbors and view. This cabin also stands out from the other cabins in the area with a large loft/living room on the 2nd floor, where it is furnished with a sofa bed and TV. The space Bedrooms where 2 of the bedrooms have double beds, a family bunk bed and 2 single beds. Good opportunities to add a cot, and with an extra sofa bed in the attic room if you get sudden overnight guests. Bathroom on the 1st floor with shower niche and washing machine. Bathroom on the 2nd floor with toilet (without shower) Large kitchen with all appliances and coffee machine TV with Altibox downstairs and Chromecast and Xbox One on the 2nd floor Wifi with good coverage throughout the cabin from Altibox Smart home control for light and heat, the cabin is preheated before arrival.
