Stone Creek Cottage -Close to Deadwood and Sturgis

Located in Maitland canyon close to all your daily excursions you will have a home base with a running creek across the street where you can put your troubles away for a while. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. If you want the hustle and bustle of town life then you are only 15 min. from Deadwood, 30 min. from Sturgis and 15 min. from Spearfish. Mount Rushmore is within 40 min. and Devils Tower is an hour and 40 min. from this special canyon home. NO PETS/NO SMOKING The space Stone Creek Cottage is a unique stone cottage in a beautiful canyon . Across the street on our property is a running creek with outdoor furniture for you to relax enjoy the beautiful setting. Children must be adult supervised. Inside is an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with bedrooms and bathrooms down the hall. Each of the two bedrooms on the main floor have a queen sized bed. There is also a reading room with large windows to enjoy the mountain scenery. Downstairs you'll find the family room with a queen sofa sleeper. There are TV's in the living room and family room. The 2 car garage is available for your use and there is also a circle driveway. In snowy conditions you will need to have chains for your tires. We are not there to shovel the snow for you but there are snow shovels in the garage for your convenience. It's a great place to stay as you spend your vacation in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Guest access The guest has access to the whole home and 2 car garage. also the brick patio and property right across the street with the outdoor furniture and the creek on that property. Children must be adult supervised by the creek and in the home. If you book during snowy conditions, you will need to have chains on your tires. We are not there to snow plow any areas for you. There are snow shovels in the garage. NO PETS/NO SMOKING Other things to note The creek across the street is also on our property. Children must be adult supervised by the creek and at the home. The street in front of the cottage along with the driveway is dirt/gravel packed and not paved. Please be respectful to my neighbors. Please no loud noise after 10pm and before 8am. There is a book in the living room with instructions regarding the home. Be sure to read it. We do have WiFi and because we are in a canyon, you will need the WiFi connection on your phone in order to be able to use your phone at the house.
