Enter the large wooden doors and find your foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath. The downstairs has 10’ ceilings and beautiful woodwork and staircase with 3 beautiful stained glass windows. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms each with a queen bed. One of the bedroom features a lovely balcony- the perfect morning coffee spot. An updated full bathroom is also upstairs. The only part of the space that is "shared" is the backyard. You are welcome to use the backyard, but you may encounter my Daughters friendly Australian Shepherd. We live in the area and will be available if there is anything that comes up. My Daughter the Co-Host and Son n Law live on the other side of the property so they are usually around to help with anything as well. We are centrally located near downtown Pontiac, IL. We are three blocks from the downtown square. We are walking distance to both swinging bridges, and near to all the downtown activities, museums, restaurants, and parks. There is a lot to do within walking distance!
