Located in Aldea Zama, the most exclusive and central area of Tulum, you’ll be close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Enjoy the residence’s beautiful rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing and watching stunning sunset views in a peaceful and stylish setting. The space The unit is fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, amenities, bath towels, pool towels, it has a contemporary environment with spectacular views of the jungle from the rooftop. Guest access When you stay at Katia Residences, you have access to the rooftop, with exclusive use of our guests, you can enjoy the pool, you can take a sunbath inside and outside the pool, where you can enjoy an amazing sunset facing our property. Also you can make use of the gym that its right next to the pool to enjoy the nature views. Other things to note We incliude 10 KW per night on your stay, in case to go over we do charge for each extra KW. Its a regular consumption, its just in order to avoid the guest leaves the AC or lights ON while they are not there. Tulum is a destination in continuous development and growth, which makes it unique—but it can also present certain challenges related to infrastructure. Some basic services like hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may occasionally experience temporary interruptions due to external factors or work being done in the area. These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Please also note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in many areas of Tulum. Exclusive Access to Our Beach Clubs Enjoy your stay even more with exclusive benefits for Home Tulum guests. We currently have an agreement with a nearby beach club, subject to availability and WITH PRIOR RESERVATION. Reservations for this option can only be made between 10:00 AM AND 12:00 PM; outside of these hours, access cannot be requested. Guests must also arrive within this same time frame in order to enter. This option includes access to the beach club and the use of its amenities only. You may also enjoy lounge chairs (subject to availability) and a bar area where you can relax and enjoy food and drinks by the sea. Towels are not included. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the establishments, so all consumption must be made within the beach club.
