It sits on top of a hill, nestled in a private woodland, the 180° glass front allows you to take in the most incredible views below. Inside you will be met with the most luxurious handcrafted interior. Its seclusion offers total privacy allowing the most tranquil hot tub under the stars. The space At Craigmaddie Muir Roundhouse you will be met with breathtaking panoramic views from the 180 degree floor to ceiling glass. The glass allows the light to flood the beautiful open plan space which comprises, a king size bed dressed in sumptuous Egyptian cotton, a kitchen area, a dining table and chairs, and an Italian leather sofa sits in front of a wood burning stove, perfectly positioned to gaze out at the views. The bespoke and spacious interior is made from handcrafted wood and features many beautiful features within its circular structure. The floating kitchen is built on the curve, well equipped, and it has has an oven, gas hob and fridge. There is a separate shower room adjoining the open plan space and it features a rain head shower with plenty of room for two! Lying in the handmade bed you can either gaze upwards at the beautifully shaped circular ceiling or take in the views of the valley and beyond. A separate entrance porch provides a great space for storing all of your jackets, boots etc. Outside there is a generously proportioned adjoining deck, which can be accessed directly via a door leading from the open plan space, and this houses the hot tub. The large hot tub sits under a mature birch tree which is beautifully lit up at night and from here you can take in the stunning views. The deck is a lovely spacious area to spend time in, whether you're lazing on the loungers, preparing food on the Weber gas BBQ, sipping wine at the table or having a leisurely soak in the tub. Guest access Craigmaddie Muir Roundhouse is accessed via a private residential driveway which leads to a private track terminating at The Roundhouse. There is private parking for guests here. The Roundhouse and hot tub are for the guest's exclusive use. Numerous walks can be accessed directly from The Roundhouse and you have access to all of our farmland with the exception of the farm yard. We would highly recommend a walk to the moors directly behind the roundhouse as there are some stunning views of the surrounding hills to be found here. We are also fortunate enough to have ancient standing stones a mere 300m from The Roundhouse. Other things to note We would recommend that you bring wellies/walking boots if you would like to walk on the land surrounding The Roundhouse as it can get wet.
