To reach the entrance, it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs to the first floor. The entire apartment is available to guests! Other things to note All guests' identity documents must be sent by the day of arrival, as required by Italian law. A tourist tax will be charged for the first 7 days. The amount is 3 Euro per day per person. Children up to the age of 14 and the disabled are exempt.
