This newly renovated property located on a quiet street is nearly 2100 sq ft. and has plenty of space for your group to spread out. The home offers two primary (king) bedrooms, a third guest room (with two full and two twin beds), four baths (two with full tub/shower, one on each floor), two living room areas plus peek-a-boo lake views off two private decks. The space The home's main level with exposed beam cathedral ceilings features a large open floor concept living area with a gas fireplace and multiple seating areas to relax. The open dining area leads to the recently remodeled kitchen fully stocked for your vacation cooking needs. Also, on the main floor is the first primary bedroom with a King bed with an en-suite bathroom including a shower/tub combo. There is an additional ½ bath off the hallway for easy guest use throughout your stay. The full-length deck on the main level features a dining table for 6, outdoor seating, and a propane BBQ and fire pit to enjoy the mountain air and peek-a-boo lake view. The lower floor layout includes a second living room/games area to gather, enjoy a book, watch a show or simply relax. The living area has direct access to the lower deck with additional seating and views. There is also a second primary bedroom with a California King bed with a full bath (with tub and shower) across the hall. The home’s third bedroom is also on the lower level and is set up with 2 full beds and a twin bed with an additional twin trundle bed. The third bedroom has an en-suite powder room. This property has level entry to the main floor so it’s easy to unpack for your stay. Additionally, the cabin is located walking distance to Lake Gregory (.2 mi) and downtown Crestline (.5 mi) for easy access to lake activities, shopping and restaurants. The central location also makes trips to Lake Arrowhead (9 miles), Skypark at Santa's Village (9 miles), and Snow Valley (20 miles) easy and quick. Guest access Guests will have full access to the main/lower levels of the home (excluding the garage). Off street parking for up to 2 cars is available in the property’s driveway. Other things to note Notice to potential guests with pet allergies: although the property does not allow guests to bring pets, this is not a pet-free home. We bring our pets (dog and cat) with us when we enjoy the property for our personal use. Please plan accordingly. Please make sure to read and understand all the Guest House Rules/Code of Conduct. Any violation of the Guest House Rules/Code of Conduct by anyone in your party will result in the immediate ejection of the entire party without refunding your reservation and security deposit.
