Just a short walk from cafes, restaurants, shops, and excellent public transport links, it’s the ideal base for discovering the city. With a 2-minute walk to Kelvinhall subway station and a short walk to Partick train station, getting around is easy. On-street Pay and Display parking is available. Prime Location Situated in the heart of the West End, the flat overlooks Mansfield Park and is only steps away from Byres Road, with a wide range of shops, cafes, and cultural attractions nearby. The Glasgow Botanic Gardens, Kelvingrove Art Gallery, and the University of Glasgow are all within walking distance. Living Room The living room is bright, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. It features a comfy Swyft three-seater sofa that converts into a full double bed, plus a cosy two-seater dining table. There’s also a Dyson air purifier to keep the space fresh. Need to work during your stay? A desk and chair are available on request. The large bay windows bring in lots of natural light and overlook Mansfield Park. You’ll also have a 55” Sony Bravia TV with Virgin TV (sports & movies), plus Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and fast Wi-Fi for easy streaming. Bedroom The cozy bedroom offers a Simba double mattress and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The wardrobe provides ample storage, and extra sheets, pillows, a Philips iron, GHD hairdryer, and GHD straighteners are available. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes an under-counter fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, and Samsung washing machine/dryer. A Dyson vacuum is also provided. Bathroom The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, wall-hung vanity, and towel radiator, completing this comfortable space. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property for the duration of their stays. Other things to note Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability, and will incur an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to request either option, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Check-in ends strictly at 10pm. Sofa Bed If you'd like the sofa bed made up for your stay, please let us know in advance. Building Access Please be aware that the flat is located in a traditional tenement building with three floors. As there is no elevator, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns and children. Parking On-street parking is available nearby for an additional fee. You can pay at the meter with cash (coins required) or through the RingGo app (UK phone number needed). Charges apply Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM, with free parking on Sundays. Alternatively, you can check nearby parking options such as the YourParkingSpace website.
