Once again, although a distance away, you have views of the Banana River from the bedroom. Fully remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower and luxury shower head. The Kichen has all new appliances and all the comforts of home. Everything you need for a Beach Vacation. There is a designated dining area with ocean views that comfortably seat four. We are installing a new seawall and new pool. Therefore, Beach Access is 800 feet to the South. We provide a beach wagon with sand wheels, a small backpack cooler and beach chairs for your short walk to the beach, which is on a sidewalk. If you prefer, you can drive to the beach where there are 15 parking spaces, and an outdoor shower. Beach entrance is a small park, Sea Gull Park. Please see photos of Sea Gull Park. Our building just received full concrete restoration and the contractor is finishing up on the front of the building (West). You might hear noise from the seawall work from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. This noise should not be constant. Your views will not be blocked as you are an end unit on the top floor. You can vacation knowing you are in a safe remodeled building. Rental of this unit comes with high speed internet, one free garage parking space, big screen tv's and cable. The living room tv is 65" with a sound bar and speakers. The bedroom tv is a 50". Our inviting, newly remodeled lobby is welcoming with a coffee and tea bar.
