Cute tiny house

This cozy tiny house on the hill, right on top of Rafina town, is perfect for 1-2 guests. It contains a (2,00x1,40m.)double bed, blackout blinds, Satelite TV, a secondary outside shower with hot water, a sweet little terrace with 2 sun beds and dining tables viewing to the most beautiful sunrise. A/C, Wi-Fi, beach towels, all windows and doors secured by gridbars. The kitchen is of course fully equipped, same counts for the bathroom (like hairdreyer, towels etc.). Transport upon request. The space This sweet tiny house is located at a beautiful corner of the property and is totally independent form the main house, where we live. It has its own terrace, perfect for a suntan and ideal to enjoy your everyday meals. Right in front, is an outdoor (warm/cold) shower, which we promise you’ll love having at night while staring at the stars. The view from the terrace and the living room/kitchen is absolutely beautiful, looking at a mountain full of pine trees in the distance. The kitchen is equipped with all you need, even for a long stay. The bathroom is spacious, well ventilated, with a sink, shower and a large wardrobe. Overall the house is very cozy and perfect for one or two persons. It’s been made specifically to make you relax in your holidays. It is peaceful and quiet, and you’ll definitely enjoy it here. We are very sorry but unfortunately it’s not recommended for babies because our dogs, although extremely sweet and friendly might walk around the property and we don’t want to take any chances. Guest access Guests are allowed to be around the house premises only, due to the fact that the rest of the property is for our use only. Detailed information upon your arrival. Other things to note Children of 13 years and up are only allowed. You are not allowed to open the white couch to a bed. We have 2 lovely Labrador dogs and a cat, all adorable, extremely friendly and sweet. Most of the time are inside our house but they might walk around the property sometimes. If you don’t feel comfortable with animals you can request us to keep them out of sight. It’s no problem. Transport service upon request. From/to the Airport = 40€. From/to Rafina Port = 10€. From/to Athens downtown = 40€. From/to Pireus Port = 50€. Other daily tours are offered as well. The house is tiny and there is not enough room for a baby bed. It is suitable only for 2 persons. You have to know that we have 2 dogs, they’re sweet & friendly, love people & most of the time you’ll find them lying around somewhere in the property. Even though they will beg you for a treat, please do not give them anything. Also the house is in a residential area & there are no grocery, restaurants nearby. Closest Market is 20’ walking.
