Located in la Condesa, the most enjoyable neighborhood in the City, very fashionable among young business people, students and tourists. La Condesa is the perfect base to visit Mexico City, since it is very close to Reforma, El Zocalo, Bellas Artes, etc. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, cinemas, Metrobus and Metro station. The building is just in front Chapultepec Park so you could enjoy the splendid views of the Chapultepec Castle.. The space Beautiful one bedroom apt. with the best view of the castle at a 10th floor. Practical and very close to the main attractions of the city. Three blocks away from the main and most beautiful Avenue in the city. You will love it! Wake up and see the Castle. You will have a green view of THE most important park in Mexico city Close to restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. Plus! it's brand new. It´s a one bedroom apt. Almost a studio but you do have a sliding door in order to block light from the living room. The bedroom has a black out curtain so you can sleep tighter. Windows and doors are sealed with double glass and special locks so even though it is next to a main avenue you will be able to sleep perfectly well. We have a washing and drying machine in case you need to do laundry. And kitchen has the necessary stuff for you to cook your meals. Though I truly recommend to go out and try each and every restaurant in the area. They are absolutely delicious and with a lot of variety. You will love the view.! Guest access You will have the whole apartment for yourself Other things to note please take note two things: 1. we are next to a big avenue, so if you are sensitive to the city and car noise beware. Windows are doubled sealed but nevertheless some noise can still get in the apartment. Do not book if you are too sensitive to noise. 2. the building is ecological. We are obligued to use eco-heaters for the water. this means each load has 50lts of hot water. it should be used wiseley. once it is over one should wait 30-40 min for the next shower. showers last 8-10 min tops. 3.Strict No Pets rules in the building. Do not insist. Not even service dogs.
