Charming cottage with pool, La Lhuiseraie

Spacious cottage with beautiful park and pool, great for a stay with family or friends. The cottage is independent but is part of a large building composed of two houses dating from the 19th century, which we have named "La Lhuiseraie". We renovated the first house into a cottage to accommodate groups of 5 guests. In the second part of the house, where we live, we have opened guest rooms. The space With a total area of about 100 m2 spread over two floors, this cottage offers a spacious living room consisting of a lounge area and large library, a large dining table and a small well-equipped kitchen. The room has two accesses to a private terrace and the park. In the library, we provide you with many books of all kinds (novels, guides, art and travel books, children's books, etc.) and many board games for young and old. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. A first bedroom, overlooking the courtyard of the house, with an area of 9 m2 with a 160 bed and two closets including a wardrobe to store your belongings. A second bedroom, overlooking the village square, with an area of 18 m2 with a 160 bed, a small desk and 2 closets as well. The last bedroom, overlooking the village square, 12 m2 offers two single beds (90 cm). The 8 m2 bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and overlooks the garden. There are no separate toilets in the property. Bed and bath linens (organic cotton) are provided during your stay. We can also provide beach towels for the pool. Guest access The cottage gives you access to our one-hectare wooded park, fully enclosed by walls where your children can play safely. In the park you can enjoy our pleasant swimming pool (10 m x 4.5 m), relaxation areas (benches, tables and hammock) under the trees and many possibilities for games for your children (swing, hut, mobile soccer cages, and various accessories and games for the outdoors). The pool has no safety fence, your children are your responsibility throughout your stay. Please note that the park and pool are shared with guests in the guest rooms. Other things to note Throughout your stay, we can offer you, for an extra charge, breakfast baskets and dinner platters or guest dinners (depending on availability) to introduce you to our delicious local products.
