Charming cottage with pool, La Lhuiseraie

Spacious cottage with beautiful park and pool, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The cottage is independent but is part of a large building composed of two houses dating back to the 19th century, which we named "La Lhuiseraie". In the second part of the house, in which we live, we opened bed and breakfasts. The space With a total area of approximately 90 m² spread over two floors, this gîte offers a spacious living area consisting of a sitting area with a large bookcase, a large dining table, and a small, well-equipped kitchen. The room has two entrances to a private terrace and the park. In the library, we provide you with a wide range of books of all kinds (novels, guidebooks, art and travel books, children’s books, etc.) and board games for young and old. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. A first bedroom, overlooking the courtyard of the house, with an area of 9 m2 with a 160 bed and two closets including a wardrobe to store your belongings. A second bedroom, overlooking the village square, with an area of 18 m2 with a 160 bed, a small desk and 2 closets as well. The last bedroom, overlooking the village square, 12 m2, offers two single beds (90 cm). The 8 m2 bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and a garden view. There are no separate toilets in the accommodation. Bed and bath linens (organic cotton) are provided during your stay. We can also provide you with beach towels for the pool. Guest access The cottage gives you access to our one hectare wooded park, fully enclosed by walls where your children can play safely. In the park, you can enjoy our lovely swimming pool (10 m x 4.5 m), relaxation areas (benches, tables, and hammock) under the trees, and plenty of play options for your children (playground, swing, playhouse, portable soccer goals, and various outdoor toys and games). The pool has no safety fence, your children are under your responsibility throughout your stay. Please note that the park and pool are shared with bed and breakfast guests. Other things to note Throughout your stay, we can offer you, for an extra charge, breakfast baskets and dinner platters or guest dinners (depending on availability) to introduce you to our delicious local products.
