Our place is a (20.6 sq m) studio-type unit equipped with amenities you'll be needing for your whole trip. We allow up to 3 guests since our unit has a double bed with a single bed (pull-out bed) for sleeping arrangements. The unit also has TV with Netflix free for use by all our guests as well as unlimited fast wifi connection for streaming or web browsing. Our shower is equipped with water heater for your comfort after a busy day/night out. The toilet also has a bidet. Guest access Maximize your stay by visiting the the Swimming Pool located INSIDE the building FREE for use by our beloved guests. Other things to note Our place is self check-in, keypad code will be provided. Guests can check-in anytime beyond 2:00 PM. The condo has no curfews with 24 hour front desk and security for your safety. We also have extra doorknob with key for your safety. Lost key penalty: PHP 500.00 Extra beddings: PHP 650.00
