Marina Sol A-308 is a one bedroom 750 sq ft condo located in downtown Cabo and only 2 blocks from Medano Beach.  This condo offers 1 bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, covered terrace and gas barbecue. The space Enjoy your vacation at the huge Marina Sol pool or walk a couple of blocks to be where all the action is on Medano Beach. This adorable 1 bedroom condo sleeps 4, having a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Futon in the living area. There is a full kitchen to meet all your cooking needs or you may want to BBQ on the patio. Large Flat Screen Televisions are in the living room and bedroom and quiet mini split air conditioners will keep you comfortable during the warm nights. Dedicated Internet and free local and International phone calling will keep you in touch with the rest of the world! The location of this condo is one of the most popular as it has beautiful grounds, pool and restaurant on site and is close to everything Cabo has to offer.  Just 2 minute walk and you are on the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous "Cabo Arch" and "Lovers Beach". No need for a car! Guest access All resort amenities. You have exclusive access to the entire house for your entire stay. PLEASE NOTE: We will charge a $25 deposit for pool/jacuzzi access cards. Please leave the 2 cards in the condo at departure. If they're missing you will forfeit your refund. Other things to note After booking, I will communicate with guests to set up check-in/check-out procedures.
