Forest hideaway lake views! Relaxing hot tub!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, lots to do here, soak in the hot tub, enjoy yourself by the fire pit, the lake is a 4 min drive, public beach, gas station with delicious food near by, plenty of board games, 2 tvs with Wi-Fi. During the summer there is corn hole and ladder ball game available to use outdoors. The rooster saloon is a 5 min drive with amazing chicken wings! Pontoon Boat rental available for the day! A guy in the area rents them out New A/C installed 2023 The space Very private and quiet area, the house has lots of space. There will be no access to the garage, master closet and pantry, dressers are provided for your items, hangers in the laundry room if you need to hang your clothes, plenty of empty drawers in the kitchen for your snacks, the road leading to the house is a private drive, we do not have lake access, the public launch and beach is a 5 min drive please respect our neighbors, no pets or parties of any kind, there will be a $250 fine for pets brought in and we have the right to ask you to leave the premises with no refund. Just a reminder that you are in the middle of the forest, you will see bugs, wild animals that are harmless, spider webs, birds nests, dirt, grass, trees, bring bug spray. Guest access The whole house, fire pit, hot tub and driveway. Plenty of space for 6-8 vehicles. Other things to note In the winter months , potential for snow, icy roads, an SUV or truck is recommended. DO NOT Request to stay 1 night! There is a 2 night minimum, no exceptions.
