Welcome to our newly renovated 2bed/2bath condo in Jupiter Florida, which is situated just 300 yards through Carlin Park to the beach. This condo sits on a wonderful 30-acre resort like atmosphere. Jupiter Bay includes two heated pools, a hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, a walking trail, and restaurant/bar (Twisted Tuna). Conveniently located to bars, restaurants, a movie theater, the intercoastal waterway and Riverwalk. Majestic sun rise is easily seen from our patio overlooking the park. Community Amenities | High Speed Wi-Fi | Cable | Proximity to Beach This elegant condo boasts two well-appointed bedrooms - one featuring a luxurious king-size bed and the other with two comfortable twin beds (or one queen) The condo features a spacious enclosed patio that provides stunning views of Carlin Park and the sparkling ocean beyond. The patio is the perfect spot to unwind and bask in the beauty of the natural surroundings. Sliding glass doors offer the option to let in the refreshing ocean breeze, creating a serene atmosphere ideal for starting your day with a cup of coffee or ending it with a glass of wine. The kitchen is well equipped and provides everything you need to whip up a delicious meal or enjoy a casual snack and has a wine fridge. There is a grill next to the pool deck. This will require 1-week advance reservation and a $50 deposit. High-definition flat screen Smart TV in the living room and each bedroom has a TV. Everything you need for a day at the beach or the pool: Beach towels and 4 beach chairs and umbrella Everything you need for a day in: Games, books, high-speed Wi-Fi and cable. For a comfortable and convenient stay, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, laundry pods and fabric softener, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, bar soap and garbage bags are provided. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire condo unit. Guests will have access to a community BBQ grill located at both pools. BBQ grill is kept locked. The HOA requires a $50 deposit in order to access the grill. Other things to note PARKING: Parking your vehicle overnight requires a parking permit. $25 for your entire stay, per vehicle. You will need to provide us with your email address when you book where we will send you a DocuSign (which allows you to sign paperwork electronically). Jupiter Bay Association requires two forms to be filled out along with a photo of your picture I.D., to be submitted 3 days prior to arrival. Once you provide a valid email address, we will send you the required documentation for you to fill out. Once received we will then submit the documents to Jupiter Bay who will in turn send you an invoice for $25 for your parking permit. You will pick up your parking permit from the office which is the first building on the right when you pull into Jupiter Bay East. The office door is located in front of the elevator on ground floor. Your parking permit will be in the box with your name on it. Please place parking permit on your dashboard. The association has the right to tow any car without a parking permit.
