The space The Montauk can accommodate 12 adults (age 11+) and 6 children (age 10 and under including infants) as per the property's short term accommodation license. The Montauk is a 2 story property with 2 spacious living areas, a gorgeous large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen ready to cook county meals. Each of the 6 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds in a variety of sizes. There is also plenty of seating throughout the entire property to relax and host fabulous dinners (inside and outside). Step outside and you'll find a spacious lawn, and a gorgeous patio with stunning water views, plus full waterfront access with a large dock. Guest access There are kayaks for your use during your stay. Please note that guests are responsible to provide their own life jackets. Those are not provided. Other things to note Please note that the home has 2 bunk beds. The cleaning fee includes linens for the bottom bunks. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the top 2 bunks. Please note that while this home is large, parties are not allowed and there a strict no tolerance policy for excessive noise.
